Item needed:
Wooden Frame
Flower package, stems
Glue /toothpick
Paint
Hanger
Glass
Hot Glue

Paint Wooden Frame 
after paint has dried, sand it to give it the older look
IMPORTANT!!! Make sure if you put the hanger on the back of the frame before you put the glass in!
Wash glass, lay top piece of glass in frame
Arrange the flowers on the second piece of glass
Use a tooth pick to place a small dot of glue on the glass, to hold the flower and stem to the glass, if you use to much when you put both pieces of glass together the glue will squish out.
When done with placing flowers, let dry, then put in glass frame
Hold down tight and use hot glue gun to put a glue on all 4 corners and going in toward the middle a few inches, DON'T glue the whole thing, it needs to be able to breath in case it gets wet. 
Add wall hanger on back
