Poems by Karen Kelsay Here are some poems shared by Karen! Thanks A Mothers Day Prayer
You rocked me when I was a babe and kept me from all harm; Now may our Father cradle you in His protective arm.
How often you have held my hand and taught me what was right-- May Father take you on His path, toward eternal light.
And Mother, as your soothing voice would help my heart to mend-- May Father comfort you each day, and bless you to all end. by Karen Kelsay
Blessing
Keys to the kingdom were placed on the earth
left by the prophet restoring the plan,
with a connection to people long past,
families together, God’s purpose for man.
Using the priesthood with service and faith,
placed on the head of our baby, we pray,
witnessed by members affirmed in our love,
heaven is whispering blessings today.
Flower from Heaven
Softly drifts the rosy light
which comes to earth this happy night! In a crib of lilac scent, our tiny primrose of content. Blossom from another clime, a little bud of human time. |
