First find out what your DVD player can play, then use that
type of DVD recordable media. Most newer DVD burners support both formats so
focus on what your DVD player can handle. You also need to make sure you are using the right kind that will work in your computer. The DVD-R DVD+R difference:
The downloading is a movie clip, it
can be watched in Windows Media or something like that,
If you have a DVD burner, you will probably have a software that will burn it and convert it for you. Click "START" and look for your program/software that burns the DVD's, (such as Sonic, Nero etc) then you would just drag and drop or import it into that software, and click burn, it should convert for you. things on my computer, but that does not mean I really know what I am

Oh, I use DVD+R disks! ALSO: The download is a movie file, which can be played right from your computer, using your windows media (for those with apples see the notes below) if you don't want to burn a t DVD you can always play it from your computer, hook up a project to your lap top and show it on a larger screen.
