Share an Idea

Important things to know when sharing:

• YOUR NAME: Let us know how you want your name on the page, we want to give you full credit, but don't want to invade your privacy. For example, if your name is Lisa Smith, do you want, L. Smith, or Lisa S.

• WHERE YOU LIVE: It is always fun to hear where people are from, but again privacy is important, if you want to share where you live, we can put something like Lisa S. from Mesa, AZ or L. Smith from AZ

• EMAIL ADDRESS; most of the time I do not include your email address, but if you don't mind and you think someone might have a question about your idea, then I will add your email address.

• IMAGES: Please make sure anything you send, that has images on it, are not copyrighted, it is illegal to use clipart you have bought on handouts or what ever you make and then place it for anyone to download.  Most companies that sell clipart have a stipulation like this: personal use of our images on web sites is allowed provided the images are not “downloadable” or “printable” in any fashion.

• WHAT TO SHARE: ANYTHING, you can just share a thought about something, an idea you have, handouts, anything you have made, activities, poems, skits, basically anything.

• HOW TO SEND IT: The best and easiest way is to email it to me. Any text can just be sent in an email, a Word.doc or Work file. I do not have Publisher so I can not open anything sent in that format. I usually change everything sent to me that is a printable to a PDF format and post that as well as the original file. I do that so that all can open it.
